Title: Test Procedures for Evaporatively-Cooled Commercial Unitary Air Conditioners (ECUACs) and Water-Cooled Commercial Unitary Air Conditioners (WCUACs)
Abstract:

Consistent with the requirements under the Energy Policy and Conservation Act, as amended, the Department of Energy (DOE) is examining whether to amend the current test procedures in place for evaporatively-cooled commercial unitary air conditioners (ECUACs) and water-cooled commercial unitary air conditioners (WCUACs) found at 10 CFR 431.96. As a result of this effort, DOE may propose and amend test procedures for this equipment, or issue a determination that no amendments to the current test procedures are required.
