The EPA will complete its review of the rule in accordance with those directives and conduct important consultations with affected parties. The EPA understands that the benefits of clean water are not shared equally by all communities and this review of the LCRR will be consistent with the policy aims set forth in Executive Order 13985, “Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities through the Federal Government.”
