Title: Water Quality Standards to Protect Human Health in Florida
Abstract:

On December 1, 2022, EPA issued an Administrator’s Determination that Florida’s human health criteria (HHC) were not protective of Florida’s designated uses and that additional HHC are needed for certain priority toxic pollutants for which Florida currently lacks any HHC. EPA is now fulfilling its statutory obligation to promulgate protective HHC for Florida’s waters.
