Title: ●Findings of Failure to Submit State Implementation Plan (SIP) Revisions for Reclassified Moderate Nonattainment Areas for the 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) 
Abstract:

In this final action, EPA would find that multiple states failed to submit State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions in a timely manner, as required by the Clean Air Act, for certain nonattainment areas reclassified as Moderate for failure to attain the 2015 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) by their applicable Marginal area attainment date.
