Title: Floodplains Management and Protection 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would provide the factors that project sponsors must consider when evaluating proposed infrastructure located within a designated floodplain.  This includes avoidance and mitigation of adverse floodplain impacts using the Federal Flood Risk Management Standard (FFRMS).
