Title: ●Foreign Air Operator Certificates Issued by a Regional Safety Oversight Organization 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would allow the FAA to recognize Air Operator Certificates (AOCs) issued by the Regional Safety Oversight Organization (RSOO) on behalf of the State of the Operator because currently FAA regulations require that AOC be issued by the State of the Operator.
