Title: ●Update to the Procedures for Securing Child Restraints under FMVSS No. 213 and Qualification Tests for the Hybrid III 3-year-old test dummy under Part 572 
Abstract:

This proposed rulemaking would update the test procedure for securing child restraints to the standard seat assembly, modify dummy selection criteria in FMVSS No. 213a to be consistent with FMVSS No. 213b, and update qualification tests for the Hybrid III-3-year-old dummy in Part 572 Subpart P.
