Title: Transit Worker Fitness for Duty | |
Abstract:
The purpose of this ANPRM is to seek public comment on establishing minimum standards related to transit worker fitness for duty. These standards would improve safety within the transit industry. This rule would apply to any State, local governmental authority, and any other operator of a public transportation system that receives Federal financial assistance under 49 U.S.C. chapter 53. The ANPRM will seek public comment about the scope and nature of these minimum standards. |
