Title: National Shipping Authority Regulations, Subchapter Update 
Abstract:

Revisions to parts 315-347 ("The National Shipping Authority Regulations") are intended to correct numerous citations in accordance with codification of title 46 of the United States Code, coordinate with the Transportation Priority Allocation System (TPAS), remove internal procedural items, update agency contacts, update citations, revise portions of text, remove obsolete references, and reorganize the regulations. This collection of regulations contemplates that the US Government, may enter into agreements with Agents to manage and operate vessels owned, controlled or chartered by the USA for national security and or national defense related operations.
