Title: Federal Home Loan Bank Executive Officer Conflicts 
Abstract:

The rule would amend the Responsibilities of Boards of Directors, Corporate Practices, and Corporate Governance regulation to add new provisions governing outside employment by Federal Home Loan Bank executive officers, possibly to include prohibitions on certain types of outside employment and standards to address conflicts-of-interest that could arise where outside employment is permitted.
