Title: ●Rules of Practice and Procedure-Civil Money Penalty Inflation Adjustment 
Abstract:

This final rule will amend the Rules of Practice and Procedure and other Federal Housing Finance Agency regulations (12 CFR parts 1209, 1217 and 1250) to adjust each civil money penalty within its jurisdiction to account for inflation, pursuant to the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990, as amended by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015.
