Title: Beneficiary travel | |
Abstract:
This document proposes to revise Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) regulations concerning beneficiary travel. These revisions would update the regulations to conform with statutory amendments that have taken effect since the beneficiary travel regulations were last revised, to include changes to eligibility and rate provisions. VA is also proposing to expand eligibility for beneficiary travel to veterans who have been determined by VA to be geographically isolated in relation to accessing examination, treatment, or care, and to propose criteria for that determination. |
