Abstract:

Staff expects to recommend that the Commission propose amendments to part 48 of the Commission’s regulations, in order to update and clarify certain provisions applicable to foreign boards of trade (FBOTs) that provide members or other participants located in the United States with direct access to their electronic trading and order matching system.
