Abstract:

Pursuant to Commission direction in the fiscal year 2023 operating plan staff is drafting a notice of proposed rulemaking to update the Commission’s regulations with disclosure requirements for persons seeking to make certain appearances before the Commission. Staff is assigned to submit the notice of proposed rulemaking briefing package to the Commission in fiscal year 2023.
