Title: Compensation Regulations 
Abstract:

This rule would document and clarify CNCS's alternative personnel system under section 195(b)(3)(A) of the National and Community Service Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. 12651f. CNCS’s proposed compensation regulations will describe process and procedure for all aspects of compensation, including pay bands, pay increases, adjustments, and position classifications.
