Title: Rescission of OTS Regulation Regarding Securities Offerings and New Regulation Regarding Securities Offering Requirements 
Abstract:

The FDIC is issuing a proposed rule (1) to remove the OTS Regulations at part 390, subpart W, regarding securities offerings and the use of offering circulars; (2) to rescind the Statement of Policy Regarding Use of Offering Circulars in Connection with Public Distribution of Bank Securities; and (3) to propose a regulation, to be located in part 335, regarding securities offerings by all FDIC-supervised institutions.
