Title: ●Federal Travel Regulation (FTR); FTR Case 2023-01, Removing References to Title and Narrative Format and Clarification | |
Abstract:
When originally written, FTR Part 300-2 - How to Use the FTR, addressed the fact that there were two formats in the FTR: question-and-answer and title-and-narrative formats. At that time, the FTR was evolving into only a question-and-answer format. This direct final rule will remove all FTR references to the title-and-narrative format because that format no longer exists. The rule will also relocate the section on service agreements from section 302-3 to section 302-2. It will also change 302-3.101 by adding text that clarifies the regulation but does not alter its meaning. |
