Title: Representation Elections - Handling Representation Disputes 
Abstract:

The National Mediation Board (NMB or Board) is revising its existing rules on certain procedures relating to representation disputes under the Railway Labor Act.  The revisions will help the Board balance employee free choice of representative and labor stability.
