Title: National Science Foundation Implementation of the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015 
Abstract:

The National Science Foundation will adjust the maximum civil monetary penalties that may be imposed for violations of the Antarctic Conservation Act of 1978, as amended, 16 U.S.C. 2401 et seq., and the Program Fraud Civil Remedies Act of 1986 (PFCRA), 31 U.S.C. 3801 et seq., to reflect the requirements of the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015.
