Abstract:

The NTSB previously published an NPRM and received no comments as a result. Accordingly, the agency will now issue a Final Rule, updating the description of the agency’s seal as reflected in 49 CFR 803.1. The update focuses on additional options for background colors and provides a revised graphical representation of the seal.
