Title: Pathways Programs | |
Abstract:
The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is finalizing modifications to Pathways Programs to better meet the Federal government’s needs for recruiting and hiring interns and recent graduates. The Pathways Programs consists of three programs: Pathways Internships, Recent Graduates, and the Presidential Management Fellowship, the government’s premier leadership development program. OPM is finalizing changes to improve and enhance each of these programs, consistent with Executive Order 13562, and to strengthen the federal government’s efforts to recruit and retain early career talent. These changes reflect feedback OPM has received over the past decade on Pathways programs from various stakeholders, including applicants, educational institutions, and Federal employees, among others. |
