Title: General Schedule Locality Pay Areas 
Abstract:

The Office of Personnel Management is finalizing regulations on behalf of the President’s Pay Agent to change the geographic boundaries of General Schedule locality pay areas. The changes in locality pay area definitions will be applicable on the first day of the first applicable pay period beginning on or after January 1, 2024. The final rule follows the proposed rule in 88 FR 41855 and will take into account all comments received during the 30-day comment period the proposed rule provided.
