Abstract:

 This rule will update the guidance on the analysis that must be prepared by agencies seeking to serve as executive agents for multi-agency contracts and governmentwide acquisition contracts in accordance with statutory requirements and the Office of Management and Budget Memorandum M-19-13, Category Management: Making Smarter Use of Common Contract Solutions and Practices.
