Abstract:

This rule will make consistent the penalties language in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 3 provisions and clauses. This rule is being issued in accordance with the underlying authority in the United States Code provision titled "Limitation on use of appropriated funds to influence certain Federal contracting and financial transactions.”
