Title: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR); FAR Case 2023-007, Limitation of Authority Regarding Extraordinary Contractual Actions 
Abstract:

This rule will increase the dollar limits for (1)  the authority to approve any adjustments to contracts up to $500,000, and (2) the Congressional committee notification requirement to $150 million. This rule is being issued in accordance with section 822(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023.
