Title: Use of Reclamation Land, Facilities, and Water Bodies 
Abstract: This rule will provide: (1) Notification that authorization is required to use Reclamation lands, facilities, and water bodies; (2) information on required forms and clearer application procedures; (3) explicit application review criteria; (4) information on application fees, recovery of administrative costs, and collection of fees; (5) conditions under which costs and fees may be reduced or waived; (6) a listing of prohibited uses; and (7) a clear decisions and appeals process for decisions made under this part.
