TO ADMINISTER THE RAILROAD RETIREMENT ACT, THE BOARD MAINTAINS RECORDS OF SERVICE AND COMPENSATION OF EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVES WHO HAVE WORKED IN THE INDUSTRY SINCE 1936. THE EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVE'S STATUS REPORT, PRESCRIBED IN 20 250.6, WILL OBTAIN INFORMATION ON THE APPLICANT'S STATUS AS A EMPLOYEE REPRESENTIVE.
