Abstract:
THE VIRUSES- SERUMS-TOXINS ACT (21 USC 151-158) AUTHORIZES USDA TO MAKE AND PROMULGATE SUCH RULES AND REGULATIONS RELATIVE TO THE PREPARATION OF VIRUSES, SERUMS, TOXINS, AND ANOLOGOUS PRODUCTS FOR USE IN THE TREATMENT OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS. DATA USED TO MAKE DECISIONS REGARDING THE PRODUCER AND SUITABILITY OF THE PRODUCT.
