Abstract:
SECTION 523(C) OF THE SURFACE MINING CONTROL AND RECLAMATION ACT OF 19 REQUIRES THAT MINING PLANS BE APPROVED BY THE SECRETARY OF THE INTERIO APPROVAL OF MINING PLANS IS AN ACTION THAT REQUIRES COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER LAWS AND REGULATIONS. INFORMATION REQUIRED WOULD ASSIST IN COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
