RULE 17AD-10, AS ADOPTED IN JUNE 1983, REQUIRES TRANSFER AGENTS TO CREATE AND MAINTAIN CERTAIN MINIMUM INFORMATION CONCERNING SECURITY HOLDERS RELATIVE TO THEIR OWNERSHIP OF AN ISSUE OF SECURITIES FOR WHICH THE TRANSFER AGENT PERFORMS TRANSFER AGENT FUNCTIONS.
