Abstract:
THE NRC DIVISION OF CONTRACTS, IN ADMINISTERING ITS CONTRACTS TO ENSUR THAT CONTRACTOR COSTS BILLED FOR PAYMENT ARE PROPER, BY PROVIDING INSTRUCTIONS FOR ITS CONTRACTORS TO FOLLOW IN THE PREPARATION OF NRC FORMS 418 AND 418A. THE INSTRUCTIONS STIPULATE THE LEVEL OF DETAI REQUIRED FOR NRC REVIEW OF COSTS BILLED.
