Abstract:
REGULATIONS PROVIDE RULES REGARDING REPORTING ON TRANSFERS OF PROPERTY TO PERSONS OTHER THAN THE LENDER. PERSONS WHO LEND MONEY SECURED BY PROPERTY AND KNOW OF A TRANSFER OF THE PROPERTY THAT IS SECURITY FOR NONRECOURESE DEBT TO A PERSON OTHER THAN THE LENDER AND THAT THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF THE OUTSTANDING INDEBTEDNESS IS NOT SATISFIED MUST REPORT.
