Abstract:
DATA ARE USED BY THE NATIONAL DRIVER REGISTER TO CONDUCT FILE SEARCHES AND TO RECORD REVOCATION INFORMATION ON A FILE. IF THE DATA WERE NOT SUPPLIED, NDR COULD NOT PERFORM ITS LEGALLY MANDATED FUNCTION IN ASSISTING STATES IN IDENTIFYING AND CONTROLLING DANGEROUS DRIVERS.
