Abstract:
TO CARRY OUT THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTIONS 4(E) AND 9 OF THE FEDERAL POWER ACT. THESE SECTIONS DIRECT THE COMMISSION TO ISSUE LICENSES FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING, OPERATING AND MAINTAINING HYDROPOWER PROJECTS AS DEFINED IN THE ACT. RESPONDENTS INCLUDE INDIVIDUALS, BUSINESSES AND STATES AND MUNICIPALITIES.
