REGULATIONS IMPLEMENTING THE FEDERAL PLANT PEST ACT AND THE FEDERAL NOXIOUS WEED ACT. INFORMATION FURNISHED ON THE APPLICATION IS USED TO DETERMINE IF A PERMIT TO ALLOW MOVEMENT OF PLANT PESTS OR NOXIOUS WEEDS CAN BE ISSUED AND WHAT CONDITIONS WILL APPLY.
