Abstract:
THE FEDERAL POWER ACT REQUIRES EACH PERSON THAT DESIRES TO HOLD PUBLIC UTILITY INTERLOCKING POSITIONS TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO THE FERC FOR AUTHORITY TO DO SO. THE SUPPORTING INFORMATION DESCRIBES THE INTERLOCKING POSITIONS THE APPLICANT SEEKS TO HOLD, THE APPLICANT'S FINANCIAL INTERESTS, OTHER OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS, AND THE NATURE OF THE BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS AMONG THE FIRMS.
