RECORDKEEPING REQUIRMENTS REPRESENT MINIMUM DOCUMENTATION OR RECORDS APPLICABLE TO THE AGENCY RESPONSIBILITY FOR REGULATORY COMPLIANCE AND VIABILITY OF INSURED INSTITUTIONS.
