Abstract:
SECTION 18 OF THE BUS REGULATORY REFORM ACT OF 1982, REQUIRES THE SECRETARY OF TRANSPORTATION TO PROMULGATE REGULATIONS GOVERNING ITS PROVISIONS. SECTION 18 REQUIRES FOR-HIRE MOTOR CARRIERS OF PASSENGERS TO MAINTAIN MINIMUM LEVELS OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. THE ENDORSEMEN WILL SERVE AS PROFF OF COVERAGE.
