ERISA REQUIRES PENSION PLANS TO FILE WITH THE PBGC A NOTICE OF REPORTABLE EVENTS THAT INDICATE PLAN OR EMPLOYER FINANCIAL PROBLEMS AND THAT MAY REQUIRE TERMINATION OF THE PLAN BY THE PBGC. REPORTING O SOME EVENS HAS BEEN WAIVED FOR ALL PLANS, OTHERS FOR SMALL PLANS OR BUSINESSES ONLY.
