IRS USES FORM 1120-ND TO MONITOR THE ACTIVITIES OF NUCLEAR DECOMMISSIONING FUNDS AND TO COLLECT THE TAX OR INCOME UNDER SECTION 468A AS WELL AS THE TAXES FOR SELF-DEALING ON SELF-DEALERS AND TRUSTEES OF THE FUND IF THEY ENGAGE IN CERTAIN PROSCRIBED ACTIVITIES.
