RULE 12B-1 REQUIRES MOST REGISTERED OPEN-END INVESTMENT COMPANIES THAT INTEND TO DISTRIBUTE THEIR OWN SECURITIES WITHOUT THE ASSISTANCE OF AN UNDERWRITER TO ADOPT A DISTRIBUTION PLAN AND TO PROVIDE THE DIRECTORS WITH QUARTERLY REPORTS OF EXPENDITURES PURSUANT TO THAT PLAN.

The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
