Abstract:
SIXTEEN REPORTING AND RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS ARE ADDRESSED BY THIS SUBMISSION. THEY ARE NEEDED TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH U.S. REGULATION FOR DESIGN AND OPERATION OF LIQUEFIED GAS CARRIERS. UNDER THE PROPOSED RULE, 202 FOREIGN FLAG AND 12 U.S. FLAG LIQUEFIED GAS CARRIER ARE SUBJECT TO THESE REQUIREMENTS.
