AMEND ALREADY APPROVED STATE SPECIAL EDUCATION-STATE ADMINISTERED PROGRAM PLAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH NEW AMENDMENTS. THE STATES ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT AN APPROVABLE STATE PLAN IN ORDER TO RECEIVE FUNDS UNDER THE EDUCATION OF THE HANDICAPPED ACT.
