Abstract:
FEDERAL FORM, FEDERAL REGULATIONS' CERTAIN SELLERS OF GASOLINE ARE REQUIRED UNDER SECTIONS 4101 TO POST BOND BEFORE THEY INCUR LIABILITY FOR THE GASOLINE EXCISE TAX IMPOSED BY SECTION 4081. THIS FORM IS USED BY TAXPAYERS TO GIVE BOND AND PROVI OTHER INFORMATION REQUIRED BY REGULATIONS SECTION 48.101-1.
