DATA COLLECTED WILL IMPLEME THE AMENDMENTS CONTAINED IN THE PROPOSED RULE TO PROVIDE UNIFORM RULES AND PROCEDURES FOR THE APPLICATION, ISSUANCE, RENEWAL, SUSPENSION, REVOCATION, AND GENERAL ADMINISTRATION OF PERMITS IN 50 CFR 13 AND 21.
