Abstract:
THE EPA USES THE INFORMATION FROM THIS COLLECTION TO DETERMINE WHETHER CONTRACTORS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR ACCESS TO AGENCY CONFIDENTIAL BUSINESS INFORMATION (CBI). CONTRACTORS MUST ESTABLISH ON FORM 7740-6A (ENTITLED "FEDERAL TSCA CIB ACCESS REQUEST, AGREEMENT, AND APPROVAL CONTRACTOR/SUBCONTRACTOR EMPLOYEE") THAT ACCESS IS NEEDED TO SATISFACTORILY PERFORM THEIR CONTRACTS WITH EPA.
