Abstract:
RADIO MESSAGES OF FOREIGN VESSEL ACTIVITIES ARE USED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND T U.S. COAST GUARD FOR REAL-TIME FISHERIES MANAGEMENT. THIS REQUIREMENT IS NECESSARY TO MONITOR WHETHER FISHING VESSELS TRANSMITTING THE EEZ I THE BERING SEA MAYBE FISHING ILLEGALLY.
