THE OWNER OR OPERATOR SHALL PROVIDE NOTICE OF EACH DEMOLITION OPERATIO AND OF EACH RENOVATION OPERATION WHERE THE AMOUNT OF ASBESTOS INVOLVED IS ABOVE A THRESHOLD LEVEL. THESE NOTICES TELL EPA OR THE STATES IF PROPER WORK PRACTICES WILL BE USED AND ALLOW EPA OR THE STATES TO PLAN INSPECTIONS.
