Abstract:
ONSHORE NATURAL GAS PROCESSING PLANTS MUST KEEP RECORDS DEMONSTRATING VOC LEAK DETECTION, CONDUCTED REPAIR PROGRAMS, AND RECORDS DEMONSTRATI COMPLIANCE WITH EQUIPMENT STANDARDS. SEMIANNUAL REPORTS OF EXCEEDANCES WHICH ENABLE ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES TO MONITOR THE LEAK DETECTIONS, ARE REQUIRED. ALSO REQUIRED ARE RECORDS OF OPERATION OF CONTINUOUS EMISSION MONITORING AND OF EXCESS EMISSION FOR SO2. EPA USES RECORDS
