INFORMATION REQUIRED BY THIS NESHAP IS NECESSARY TO ENSURE ATTAINMENT OF THE EMISSION LIMIT AND CONTINUED OPERATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE STANDARDS. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS COMPOSED OF COKE BY-PRODUCT RECOVER PLANTS IN THE IRON AND STEEL INDUSTRY.
